Delta Reign Eevee Illustration Rare: How to Get Eevee 114/103
Eevee is getting a new Illustration Rare in Pokemon TCG: Mega Evolution - Delta Reign, and it is already shaping up to be one of the set’s more appealing collector cards.
The card is Eevee 114/103, an Illustration Rare featuring artwork by Hideki Ishikawa. Unlike some of Delta Reign’s bigger chase cards, Eevee is not really about competitive play. This one is all about the artwork and Eevee’s popularity with collectors.

What Is the Delta Reign Eevee Illustration Rare?
Eevee 114/103 shows Eevee tucked inside a travel bag surrounded by supplies, giving the card a cozy, adventure-themed look.
The regular Eevee in Delta Reign is numbered 078/103, while the Illustration Rare is 114/103.
That puts Eevee among the cards beyond the set’s main 103-card checklist.
How Do You Get Eevee 114/103?
The English Eevee Illustration Rare can be pulled from Delta Reign booster packs.
That includes packs found in products such as Booster Boxes, Booster Bundles, Elite Trainer Boxes, and individual sleeved boosters.
There is no special store promotion or separate product required to get Eevee 114/103.
Why Is the Japanese Eevee Different?
This card has a slightly unusual history.
In Japan, the same Eevee artwork originally appeared in the Starter Set ex Eevee ex rather than the Storm Emeralda booster set.
Delta Reign combines cards from Storm Emeralda with additional cards originally released through several Japanese starter products. That is how this Eevee became part of the English Delta Reign checklist.
So if you look through Japanese Storm Emeralda card lists and cannot find Eevee, that is why.
Is Eevee 114/103 a Chase Card?
Probably, especially for Eevee collectors.
It may not compete with cards like Mega Rayquaza ex for the title of Delta Reign’s biggest chase, but Eevee Illustration Rares tend to get plenty of attention simply because of the Pokemon involved.
The artwork should also make it an easy binder card for collectors who prefer character-focused Illustration Rares over the set’s more expensive hits.
Pokemon TCG: Mega Evolution - Delta Reign releases November 6, 2026.
