How to Get the Pokemon Delta Reign Kyogre Promo Card
The Delta Reign Kyogre promo comes inside the Delta Reign Elite Trainer Box. You cannot pull this full-art Kyogre from a Delta Reign booster pack.
The card is Kyogre MEP 117, and collectors actually have two versions to chase: the regular ETB promo and a Pokemon Center-stamped version found in the Pokemon Center Elite Trainer Box.

How Do You Get the Delta Reign Kyogre Promo?
The easiest way to get Kyogre MEP 117 is the standard Pokemon TCG: Mega Evolution - Delta Reign Elite Trainer Box.
The box includes nine Delta Reign booster packs and one full-art foil Kyogre promo, along with the usual ETB accessories. Delta Reign and its Elite Trainer Box release on November 6, 2026.
The important part for collectors is that the Kyogre artwork is not included as an Illustration Rare in Delta Reign booster packs. It was originally an Illustration Rare in Japan's Storm Emeralda, but that artwork was moved to the English ETB promo slot instead.
What Is Kyogre MEP 117?
Kyogre MEP 117 is a Water-type Basic Pokemon with 150 HP and artwork by Nurikabe. Its two attacks are Waterfall and Brutal Whirlpool.
Brutal Whirlpool also connects Kyogre directly to one of Delta Reign's new mechanics. If a Stadium with “Legendary” in its name is in play, the attack also deals damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokemon.
That gives us another nice Delta Reign collector rabbit hole once we cover all three Legendary Stadium pairs.
How Do You Get the Pokemon Center Kyogre Promo?
Collectors who want the second version need the Delta Reign Pokemon Center Elite Trainer Box.
That box contains 11 Delta Reign booster packs and two Kyogre promos: one regular Kyogre MEP 117 and another copy featuring the Pokemon Center logo stamp.
If you're only after the artwork, the standard ETB gets you the regular version. If you're collecting Pokemon Center-stamped promos, you'll need the Pokemon Center box.
Can You Pull the Kyogre Promo From Delta Reign Packs?
No.
The full-art Kyogre artwork was an Illustration Rare in the Japanese Storm Emeralda set, but the English version was removed from the Delta Reign booster checklist and released as MEP 117 through the Elite Trainer Box instead.
That means opening Delta Reign booster packs is not another way to find this particular Kyogre.
Collectors opening packs can instead chase cards such as the set's six Special Illustration Rares, while Kyogre has its own guaranteed product route through the ETB.
When Does the Delta Reign Kyogre Promo Release?
The Delta Reign Elite Trainer Box releases alongside the full set on November 6, 2026.
Before then, collectors can get an early look at Delta Reign through prerelease events beginning October 24, including a separate four-card prerelease promo checklist featuring Masquerain, Magmortar, Enamorus, and Kommo-o.
For anyone specifically chasing the full-art Kyogre, though, the answer is simple: get a Delta Reign Elite Trainer Box for Kyogre MEP 117, or the Pokemon Center ETB if you also want the stamped version.
