Who Are the OP-18 Leaders? Exploring All 6 One Piece TCG Leaders
Updated: Oct 8
One Piece Card Game: The Dominance of God [OP-18] introduces six Leaders with very different playstyles, ranging from Karoo turning Alabasta Animals into Rush attackers to Franky finally getting his first Leader card and Saint Gunko building around Characters coming back from the trash.
The six OP-18 Leaders are Karoo, Franky, Monkey.D.Luffy, Ms. All Sunday, Saint Gunko, and Spandam.
OP-18 releases in English on November 20, 2026, with Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God among the set's major themes.
All 6 One Piece OP-18 Leaders
The lineup is unusually varied. None of the six Leaders feel like minor variations of the same strategy, which should give OP-18 several very different decks to explore once the full set is available.
Karoo OP18-001
Karoo is a Red/Blue Leader with 5000 power and 4 Life built around Characters with both the Animal and Alabasta types.
Those Characters gain Rush and +1000 power, while Karoo draws a card once per turn when one of your Alabasta Characters is K.O.'d. New support like Nefertari Vivi OP18-011 pushes the same aggressive strategy, giving Karoo a clear identity built around fast attacks and replacing lost resources.
Franky OP18-021
Franky OP18-021 is a Green/Purple Leader with 5000 power and 4 Life, and Franky's first Leader card in the One Piece Card Game.
Franky gives Stage cards in your hand +3000 Counter and can return one DON!! to play a Stage costing 5 or less. Cards like Mini-Merry OP18-078 and Iceburg OP18-061 support a Water Seven Stage deck where Stages can function as either board pieces or major defensive cards.
Monkey.D.Luffy OP18-022
Monkey.D.Luffy OP18-022 is a mono-Green Leader with 5000 power and 5 Life.
With three DON!! attached, Luffy can set himself active after attacking, but he will not become active during the next Refresh Phase. Water Seven cards like Chimney OP18-028 and Nico Robin OP18-031 may help offset that drawback, creating a deck centered on repeated Leader attacks.
Ms. All Sunday OP18-041
Ms. All Sunday OP18-041 is a mono-Blue Leader with 5000 power and 5 Life built around Baroque Works.
Whenever one of your qualifying Baroque Works Characters is K.O.'d, you draw a card and your opponent trashes one from their hand. Because the effect is not Once Per Turn, Ms. All Sunday could generate repeated value while forcing opponents to think carefully about how they remove your board.
Saint Gunko OP18-060
Saint Gunko OP18-060 is a Purple/Black Leader with 5000 power and 4 Life focused on the Holy Knights of God and trash recursion.
Playing a Character from your trash lets Gunko draw two and trash one once per turn, while controlling an 8000-power Character can also help generate active DON!!. Support like Gunko OP18-084 reinforces that plan by searching Holy Knights cards and playing Characters directly from the trash.
Spandam OP18-079
Spandam OP18-079 is a Black/Yellow Leader with 5000 power and 4 Life built around CP9.
By resting two DON!! and Spandam, then trashing a CP card from your hand, you can add the top card of your deck to your Life. That creates a clear choice between attacking with your Leader or extending the game through Life recovery, giving Spandam a slower control-focused identity.
Which OP-18 Leader Is Right for You?
The six OP-18 Leaders cover very different playstyles.
Karoo is for aggressive Alabasta Rush decks. Franky focuses on Water Seven Stages. Luffy rewards multiple Leader attacks. Ms. All Sunday pressures the opponent's hand. Saint Gunko builds around trash recursion, while Spandam combines CP9 control with Life manipulation.
Their competitive strength will become clearer after release, but OP-18 already looks set to offer six genuinely different deckbuilding directions.
